As of 2021, what Pakistanis were looking up in Google
A look back at the most popular searches made by Google users during the course of the year 2021 is available now, as the year draws to a close. Several countries, including Pakistan, are covered in the report, as is customary.
Per the results of this year’s Google Trends study, cricket, athletics, and television series were the most popular searches for Pakistanis. It was “Pakistan vs. South Africa” that was the most searched for on Google, with Shoaib Malik being the most sought-after athlete.
There was also a search for Squid Game, a popular Korean television series available on Netflix. Local television dramas such as Khuda Aur Muhabbat, Chupke Chupke, Rang Mahal, and others were sought for as much as international television dramas.
